Place beef/pork in a bowl
Add egg, salt, pepper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, romano cheese, and any other herbs or onion
Mix everything together thoroughly
Form golf ball sized meatballs
Preheat a pan or skillet for a few minutes then add olive oil
Cook meatballs on medium heat until they are brown (about 8 minutes)
Lay your flour, egg, and breadcrumbs out in separate dishes
Take your chicken breasts and cut them very thin
Coat both sides of each cutlet in flour
Dunk into egg, then into breadcrumbs
Heat up olive oil in a skillet or pan
Fry cutlets until crispy and golden brown
Drain on paper towels before serving
