Chicken Parmesan

ENTREES

Here are some of my go to meals, mixing all of the meats and sauces that I have made.

PESTO PASTA

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Pesto
  • Chicken cutlet
  • Romano cheese
Pizza Recipe

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente

While pasta cooks, slice cooked chicken cutlet into strips

Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water

Toss hot pasta with pesto, adding pasta water as needed to create sauce

Top with chicken strips and freshly grated Romano cheese

Serve immediately

MEATBALL MARINARA

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Marinara sauce
  • Meatballs
  • Reggiano parmigiano
Pizza Recipe

Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente

In separate pan, heat marinara sauce and add cooked meatballs

Simmer meatballs in sauce for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors

Drain pasta and toss with a small amount of sauce

Plate pasta, top with meatballs and extra sauce

Finish with freshly grated Reggiano parmigiano

CUTLET MARINARA

  • Pasta
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Chicken Cutlet
  • Reggiano Parmigiano

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente

While pasta cooks, slice cooked chicken cutlet into strips

Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water

Add your marinara sauce to the pasta

Top with chicken strips and freshly grated Parmigiano cheese

Serve immediately
