Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
While pasta cooks, slice cooked chicken cutlet into strips
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water
Toss hot pasta with pesto, adding pasta water as needed to create sauce
Top with chicken strips and freshly grated Romano cheese
Serve immediately

In separate pan, heat marinara sauce and add cooked meatballs
Simmer meatballs in sauce for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors
Drain pasta and toss with a small amount of sauce
Plate pasta, top with meatballs and extra sauce
Finish with freshly grated Reggiano parmigiano
